7-day replacement service

Purchase mobile phones, tablets or accessories in the Phone Store^ If there is any non-artificial damage during the replacement period, the company will replace the customer with a brand new product (only the same color and the same model).

Except for Apple, Beats, Monster, Shure and Sony (accessories) products

Warranty Conditions for Mobile Phones and Tablets

1. All mobile phones and tablets enjoy free warranty services provided by Hong Kong agents or authorized repair centers.


2. All free warranty services must comply with the terms and conditions set by the Hong Kong agent or authorized repair center.


3. For the products covered by the warranty, the company has no right to provide professional maintenance and technical inspection services, and has no right to question the professional judgment and decision of the maintenance department of its agent.


4. All mobile phones and tablets purchased from our company are provided by PhoneStore with 7 days free replacement service (calculated from the day of purchase), provided that they comply with the following reasonable terms established by our company:


A. The machine must be replaced at the branch where the product was purchased.
B. Does not include man-made damage (liquid damage), missing screens, scratches on the body, failure to start (must be able to boot to display the product IMEI number), failure to read or remove smart cards, natural disasters, and non-human accidents Wait.
C. The warranty certificate and the original packaging box have no scratches, smears or damages. The warranty certificate has not been filled in and the complete original packaging box must be attached.
D. Only products of the same model and color can be replaced.
E. There is no refund service for all goods.
F. The purchase invoice must be presented, otherwise the company will charge a $10 handling fee as the administrative fee for reissuing the invoice.
G. The company reserves the right to send the suspected faulty products to a Hong Kong agent or authorized repair center for inspection, but the repair time will vary for different brands.
H. If after inspection by a Hong Kong agent or authorized repair center, it is confirmed that the product damage is caused by improper use, man-made damage or liquid damage by the customer, the company will not provide free replacement services and shall not be liable for any.
I. In any case, the company will not replace the registered products and the software of the machine.
J. Two points or less of the light/dead point of the LCD screen of HTC mobile phones are normal conditions and are not within the scope of replacement and repair.
K. iPhone, iPad and their accessories enjoy a one-year warranty service provided by Apple. The company does not provide replacement services for iPhone, iPad and their accessories. Customers need to go to an Apple authorized repair center to handle it.
L. The company does not provide mailing and courier services.
M. Our company does not recommend using micro-SIM / nano-SIM adapter cards on the product. If the products purchased from our company are damaged due to the use of the above-mentioned adapter card, the customer shall be responsible for the maintenance of the product.

N. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.

Accessories warranty

1. Under any circumstances, the registered accessories and software will not be replaced by our company.


2. The warranty labels must be kept intact and must not be altered without authorization. If there is no warranty label or the warranty label has been damaged, the warranty or replacement service will not be granted free of charge.


3. When replacing original parts, customers need to go to the agent to go through the replacement procedures by themselves. Our company does not provide related services for the time being.


4. To replace any products of Beats, Monster, Shure and Sony, customers need to go to the agent to complete the replacement procedures by themselves. The company does not provide related services for the time being.


5. All Apple products and their accessories enjoy a one-year warranty service provided by Apple. The company does not provide replacement service for the time being, and guests need to go to the repair center in person.


6. The company reserves the right to send the suspected faulty products to a Hong Kong agent or authorized repair center for inspection, and issue a repair receipt to the customer. The repair time will vary due to different accessories.


7. If after inspection by a Hong Kong agent or authorized repair center, it is proved that the product is damaged due to improper use, man-made damage or liquid damage by the customer, the company will not provide free replacement services and will not bear any responsibility.


8. There is no refund service for all goods.


9. The company does not provide mailing and courier services.


10. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
